My name is Anne and I have been using Casey Support Services for a year now. I had a stroke last year and needed support with cleaning my house and doing shopping. Casey Support Services were recommended to me by my friend Mark. They do a wonderful job and keeping my house clean and in order and are very flexible to do addition things for me as they arise. They take me to the shops to get my groceries and helps me with My Aged Care. They are great at cleaning my house and taking care of the big cleans. I recently moved house and Casey Support Services were fantastic at organising the move for me and cleaning the new property before I moved in and they did the end of lease clean at my old house. They are lovely and caring and make sure I am well looked after. I don’t have family here, so they have become great supports to me. I wish them all the best with their business and look forward to a long partnership with them.

I have been using Casey Support Services for 2 years. They started as my cleaning support twice a week and now has progressed to being my support worker and providing support coordination for my NDIS plan. I have Parkinson’s disease and cannot do a lot of things myself. Casey Support Services are a great team. They attend to all my needs. I see them 3 times a week or sometimes more if I need more assistance. They take care of cleaning my house for me like the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and living areas. I am very happy with their work. They are thorough and keep the house dust free (because of my lung condition) and love my animals too. I have 2 dogs and a cat. They do the administration of my NDIS package and help find resources I need. They recently arranged an in-home physio therapist I was in desperate need of. They are very resourceful and competent. I recommend them to anyone who needs a fantastic cleaner and a great support worker to help them.

My name is Ashley. I have autism and adhd. Casey Support Services works for me as my support worker. They have done this for 4 years now. They helped me through Covid and took care of me. They help me with my appointments and getting out to activities. They do my cleaning for me and help me take care of my cat – Loki. They also help me do my dishes and wash my clothes. I like Casey Support Services, they have a good team and take care of me.

Casey Support Services have worked as a support worker for my special needs daughter (Down Syndrome) low vison for 3 plus years. They are very caring and experienced support workers with a lot of empathy which is what a parent with special needs needs, I highly recommend Casey Support Services for support work in this field.
